Yes. It is designed specifically for high-temperature grills.We recommend preheating the grill to approximately 400°F (200°C) for optimal steam-assisted cleaning.

How does steam-assisted cleaning work?

Once the roller brush head absorbs water, it contacts the hot grill. The heat turns the water into steam, helping loosen and remove grease and residue.

Is it safe to use without metal bristles?

Yes. The product is bristle-free, eliminating the risk of loose metal wires or residue being left behind.

What is the battery life?

It runs for up to 20 minutes in high-power mode, enough for a full grill cleaning session. (About 3 hours to fully charge.)

How do I clean the brush head?

Unlock the magnetic cover and remove the roller brush head. It can be rinsed directly with water after use. The brush head is also dishwasher-safe.

It features a fully washable design and has been tested for submersion in water up to 50 cm deep.Note: Ensure the charging port is dry before charging.

Why is the rotation speed slow when I first start it?

This is normal. The device runs at a low speed when there is no load. It automatically switches to full speed when pressed against the grill.

Why is one red indicator light staying on?

High-temperature protection has been triggered. Stop using the device, let it cool down, and then press and hold the button to restart.

Why are four white indicator lights flashing simultaneously, and the brush head has stopped working?

Overload protection has been triggered. Please reduce downward pressure and restart the device.
